太一生水，水反輔太一，是以成天。

The Great Oneness gives birth to the Seas, and the Seas flowing back into the Great Oneness accomplish the flow of the Heavens.

天反輔太一，是以成地。

Flows of the Heavens together with the Great Oneness accomplish the Earth.

天地 （復相輔）也， 是以成神明。

The Heavens flowing with the Earth accomplish the spirits, the Sun and Moon.

神明復相輔也，是以成陰陽。

The Spirits, the Sun and Moon, accomplish the flow of Yin and Yang.​

陰陽復相輔 也， 是以成四十。

Yin and Yang flow back and forth, thus accomplishing the flow of the Four Seasons.​

四時復相輔也， 是以成冷熱。

The Four Seasons flowing accomplish Cold and Heat.​

冷熱復相輔也，是以成濕燥。

From the flowing of Cold and Heat flow the Rains and the Foehn.​

濕澡復相輔也， 成歲而 （後）止。

From the flows of the Rains and the Foehns, follows harvest and later, comes to cease.
